Padel USA Return and Refund Policy

We offer a 30-day return policy. You have 30 days from the date you receive your item to initiate a return.

Return Eligibility

To be eligible for a return, your item must meet the following criteria:

  • It must be unused, unworn, and undamaged.
  • It must still have tags attached
  • It must be returned in its original packaging.
  • You must provide a receipt or proof of purchase, such as a bank statement or a confirmation email.

How to Initiate a Return

To initiate a return, you can either contact us at support@padelusa.com or log into your customer portal on our website. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label and instructions on how to send your package back to us. Please do not send your purchase back to us unless you have first requested a return, as it may not be accepted.


We do not accept returns for:

  • International orders
  • Padel balls
  • Sale items
  • Gift cards

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a defective, damaged, or incorrect item, please contact us immediately so we can assess the issue and rectify it as quickly as possible.


The quickest way to get a different item is to initiate a return and make a new purchase.


Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If your refund is approved, it will be processed within 10 business days and applied to your original payment method. Please be aware that it may take additional time for your bank or credit card company to process the refund.
