Momo González, the Spanish left-sider they call "Houdini," wins points by retrieving the impossible and out-thinking the rally. His first Wilson signature, the Endure Pro V1 2026, is a round, control-first frame built for exactly that tactical, defensive game.

About Momo
Jerónimo "Momo" González (born 1997, Antequera, Spain) is a Spanish padel pro nicknamed "Houdini" for his knack of digging out lost balls and improvising defensive winners. A naturally left-side player ranked inside the world's top 15 with a career-high of No. 11, he wins through placement, retrieval and long, suffocating rallies rather than raw power. For the 2026 season he partners hard-hitter Martín Di Nenno, balancing that firepower with his own control and consistency. His first signature racket since joining Wilson, the Wilson Endure Pro V1 2026, mirrors his game: a round, control-first frame with a 3K carbon face, soft EVA core and low, head-light balance for touch and maneuverability. Padel USA is an authorized Wilson retailer, so every Endure ships genuine from within the US.

Where can I buy Momo’s gear in the US?

What brand does Momo González play with?
Momo González is sponsored by Wilson.
What kind of player should choose the Wilson Endure Pro V1?
It suits advanced and competitive players with a defensive, tactical mindset who win through placement, touch and consistency rather than raw power. Its round shape, soft EVA core and low balance reward control players, much like Momo's own retrieving game.
Is the Wilson Endure Pro V1 a control racket or a power racket?
It is firmly a control frame. The 3K carbon face with ExactTouch texture, soft double-density foam core and head-light balance give a forgiving, plush feel. Power is the trade-off, so players wanting more pop often add lead tape or pick a teardrop shape.
Why does Momo González play the left side?
The left (backhand) side rewards his strengths: defense, anticipation and creative shot-making under pressure. His Endure Pro V1 helps here with a Y-Beam throat and extended handle that aid two-handed backhands and fast blocks. He has occasionally played the right side, but the left is his natural position.
Who is Momo González's padel partner in 2026?
For the 2026 season he is paired with Argentine Martín Di Nenno. It is a complementary duo: Di Nenno supplies the firepower while Momo anchors the defense and keeps points alive from the back of the court.
What does the 3K carbon face on the Endure Pro V1 mean for feel?
It uses a 3K carbon weave rather than a stiffer 12K or 18K layup. That weave is a deliberate choice for a softer, more forgiving, control-biased response, and the raised stippling adds grip on the ball for spin and touch.
