Warranty Guide

At Padel USA, every product we sell is authentic and sourced through official brand channels. Many products include a manufacturer-backed warranty for possible defects in materials or workmanship.

To make the process clearer and easier, Padel USA has a dedicated Warranty Portal for warranty claims:

https://warranty.padelusa.com

The portal helps us collect the right product information, photos, videos, labels, and issue details from the start. This gives our team and the brand a clearer claim package to review.

How Warranty Reviews Work

Warranty reviews are designed to evaluate possible manufacturing defects. These are issues where a product appears to fail during normal use because of a problem with materials, construction, or workmanship.

When you submit a claim through the Padel USA Warranty Portal, our team reviews the order, product, issue description, and evidence. If the case needs brand review, we use the information submitted through the portal to prepare the claim and work with the brand.

We want to help customers reach the clearest possible resolution. At the same time, warranty decisions may depend on the manufacturer's rules, the product condition, the evidence provided, and the type of issue.

How to Submit a Claim

  1. Go to the Padel USA Warranty Portal.
  2. Enter your order number and checkout email.
  3. Select the affected product.
  4. Describe what happened in simple terms.
  5. Upload the requested photos or videos.
  6. Submit the claim and wait for the next step from our team.

If more than one product has an issue, submit a separate claim for each item. This keeps the review clear and helps us avoid mixing evidence from different products.

What May Be Covered

Warranty coverage is generally for manufacturing defects that appear during normal use.

Examples that may be reviewed include:

  • Structural failure that appears during normal use.
  • Material separation or delamination.
  • Cracking or breakage that does not show clear signs of impact or misuse.
  • Stitching, zipper, strap, sole, or upper failures that do not look like normal wear.
  • Product finish issues that appear before regular use or very early in normal use.

Each case is reviewed based on the product, brand guidance, product condition, and evidence provided.

What Is Usually Not Covered

Warranties usually do not cover damage or condition changes caused by regular use or external causes.

Issues that are usually not covered include:

  • Scratches, scuffs, fading, stains, pilling, or cosmetic marks from regular use.
  • Normal wear from play, carrying, washing, or travel.
  • Damage from impact, drops, collision, misuse, or accidents.
  • Damage from repairs, modifications, or improper care.
  • Damage from extreme heat, cold, humidity, or storage conditions.
  • Heavy abrasions, visible impact marks, poor overall condition, or exposed fibers.
  • Replaceable parts and accessories that naturally wear down over time.

If you are unsure, you can still submit a claim through the Warranty Portal. Our team will review the details and let you know the next available path.

Product-Specific Guidance

Padel Rackets

Racket claims often require several clear photos. Brands may need to see the front, back, frame edges, top of the head, the issue area, and the serial number, barcode, label, or batch code.

Visible impact marks, edge damage from contact, heavy abrasion, exposed fibers, and general wear are usually not considered manufacturing defects.

Padel Shoes

Shoe claims may require photos of both shoes, the box or product label, the issue area, and the soles when wear or separation is involved.

Worn soles, tread wear, odor, stains, and regular play wear are usually not considered manufacturing defects.

Bags, Apparel, and Accessories

Claims for bags, apparel, and accessories usually require a full product photo, a photo of the issue area, and any label, tag, or product code requested.

Scuffs, stains, travel wear, overloading damage, and normal use marks are usually not considered manufacturing defects.

Photo and Video Requirements

Clear evidence helps our team and the brand review the same information.

Good photos should be:

  • Clear and well-lit.
  • Taken from far enough away to show where the issue is located.
  • Close enough to show the issue clearly.
  • Sharp enough for labels, serial numbers, or batch codes to be readable.
  • Free from glare, heavy shadows, blur, and screenshots.

If the issue is hidden or sound-related, such as internal noise or a loose piece, upload a short video. Record in a quiet place and move the product gently so the issue can be heard or seen clearly.

What Happens After You Submit

After you submit a claim, Padel USA reviews the information in the Warranty Portal.

If the claim is complete, we prepare it for the next review step. If anything important is missing or unclear, we may ask for another photo, video, label, serial number, or detail.

Depending on the brand and issue, the outcome may include:

  • Approval for a replacement, repair, refund, store credit, or another resolution.
  • A request for more information.
  • Brand review before a final decision.
  • A determination that the issue is outside warranty coverage.
  • A different available support option.

Warranty review times can vary by brand and by how much information is needed. Complete photos and clear descriptions help reduce delays.

Warranty, Returns, and Shipping Damage Are Different

Warranty claims are for possible manufacturing defects.

If your item arrived damaged in transit, if you received the wrong item, if an item is missing, or if you want to return an unused product, that should be handled through the correct customer support path instead of the warranty claim flow.

For standard returns and exchanges, review our Returns & Exchanges page.
