Returns, Exchanges & Refunds

We want returns to feel clear and fair. Most eligible items can be returned through our Return Portal, as long as they are unused, clean, and still in new condition.

How to Start a Return

  1. Visit the Padel USA Return Portal.
  2. Enter your order information.
  3. Select the item you want to return and choose the reason that best matches the issue.
  4. Upload the requested photos, if the portal asks for them.
  5. Review and submit your request.
  6. Wait for approval or review instructions before shipping anything back.

Please do not send an item back without submitting a return request first. Returns sent without approval may be refused or delayed.

Return Eligibility

To be eligible for a standard return, the item must be:

  • Unused, unworn, and undamaged.
  • Clean and in new, resaleable condition.
  • Returned with all original tags, packaging, boxes, accessories, and protective materials where applicable.
  • Submitted through the return portal within the applicable return window.

If an item comes back used, damaged, missing packaging, missing tags, or otherwise not in original condition, Padel USA may refuse the return or adjust the refund amount.

Exchanges, Store Credit, and Refunds

The return portal may show different options depending on the item and reason for return.

Exchange Choose another eligible item and apply your return value toward it.
Store credit Receive credit for a future Padel USA purchase.
Refund Refunds are returned to the original payment method when approved.

Product-Specific Rules

Padel Rackets

Rackets must be returned unused and in new condition. Protective plastic must still be intact where applicable.

If your racket arrived damaged, please see the Damaged, Defective, or Wrong Item section below.

Padel Shoes

Shoes must be unworn outdoors and returned in new condition with the original shoe box.

The shoe box is part of the product. Please do not tape, write on, damage, or ship using only the manufacturer shoe box. Place the shoe box inside a shipping box or mailer.

For wrong-size claims, the portal may ask for photos of both the box size label and the size label inside the shoe so our team can confirm what happened.

Bags

Bags must be unused, clean, and returned with tags attached and original packaging where applicable.

For wrong-color or condition claims, the portal may ask for a clear photo of the bag with tags visible.

Balls

Balls are not eligible for return.

If there is an issue with your order, such as damage in transit or the wrong item received, contact us or submit the issue through the Return Portal so our team can review it.

Accessories

Accessories, grips, and overgrips must be unused, unopened where applicable, clean, and returned with original packaging and tags where applicable.

Gift Cards, Shipping Protection, and Non-Merchandise Items

Gift cards, shipping protection, and other non-merchandise charges are not eligible for standard merchandise returns unless required by law or explicitly stated otherwise.

Final Sale Items

Items marked final sale are not guaranteed to be returnable. Depending on the situation, our team may be able to review a final-sale item for store credit, but this is not guaranteed and depends on the product, condition, reason for return, and overall context.

Damaged, Defective, or Wrong Item

If your order arrived damaged, defective, or different from what you ordered, start a return request and upload clear photos as soon as possible.

Depending on the issue, we may offer a replacement, exchange, refund, store credit, repair/warranty direction, or another resolution.

For small cosmetic issues, such as a paint mark or minor finish imperfection, you can also contact our team with photos. Depending on the damage, we may be able to offer a partial refund or store credit if you prefer to keep the item.

If the issue was caused by Padel USA or the item arrived damaged, we will cover the return shipping or provide another appropriate resolution.

Price Match Guarantee

If you want to return your item because you found the same product advertised for a lower price at another authorized shop, contact us first with a screenshot or link showing the lower price.

Our team will review the request and may be able to match the price when eligible.

Return Shipping

For many standard returns, Padel USA provides the return label and a $10 return/restocking fee may apply to help cover return shipping and processing costs.

If the return is due to our error, a wrong item, or verified damage on arrival, we will cover the return shipping or provide another appropriate resolution.

Refund Timing

After we receive your return, our team will review it and inspect the product when required. If the return is approved, we will submit the refund to the original payment method.

Please allow up to 10 business days after the refund is submitted for it to be issued, plus any additional processing time required by your bank or card provider.

If it has been more than 15 business days since your refund was submitted and you still do not see it, contact our support team.

Return Review and Condition Adjustments

All returns may be reviewed. If the item received does not match the condition shown in the return request, or if it is used, damaged, missing packaging, missing tags, missing protective plastic, or otherwise not in original condition, Padel USA may:

  • Refuse the return.
  • Adjust the refund or credit amount.

Before submitting a return, customers must accept the return-policy acknowledgement in the Return Portal.
