Refund policy

Eligible returns must be submitted through the Padel USA Return Portal. Items must be unused, clean, undamaged, and in original condition with tags, packaging, boxes, accessories, and protective materials where applicable.

Refunds are issued to the original payment method when approved. Approved refunds are generally processed within 10 business days, though bank processing times may vary.

If a returned item is used, damaged, missing packaging, missing tags, missing protective plastic, or otherwise not in original condition, Padel USA may refuse the return or adjust the refund amount.
