If, for any reason, you are not completely satisfied with a purchase, we invite you to review our return policy. The following terms are applicable for any products that you purchased with us, with specific conditions for sale items, international orders, and padel balls.

Padel USA Return Policy

We offer a 30-day return policy. You have 30 days from the date you receive your item to initiate a return.

Return Eligibility

To be eligible for a return, your item must meet the following criteria:

  • It must be unused, unworn, and undamaged.
  • It must still have tags attached if any.
  • It must be returned in its original packaging.
  • You must provide a receipt or proof of purchase.
  • Exceptions for Sale Items: Please note that all sale items are final sale and cannot be returned.
  • International Orders: Unfortunately, we are unable to accept returns for international orders.
  • Padel Balls: Due to their specific use and shelf life, we cannot accept returns for padel balls.

Important Notes Regarding Returns

  • Condition of Returned Products: If a product is returned in a condition that does not meet our return criteria (unused, unworn, undamaged, with tags attached, and in original packaging), we reserve the right to refuse a refund. Please ensure your product matches the criteria before sending a return.
  • Approval Requirement: Do not return the product without our prior approval. Every return must be pre-approved. Returns made without our approval will not be accepted. Please follow the process below to request a return.

How to Initiate a Return

To initiate a return, please contact us through our contact form on the website. Include detailed pictures of the product in its unused condition along with the packaging you received. Once we review your request and verify the item's condition, we will proceed with the return process as applicable.

1. Free Returns for Incorrect or Defective Items

If you receive an incorrect or defective item, we apologize for the inconvenience. Contact our customer support team within 30 days of receiving your order. We will arrange a free return and offer a replacement or refund, as preferred. Please provide proof of the issue, such as pictures, for a swift resolution.

2. Returns for Other Reasons

We aim for your complete satisfaction. However, if you wish to return an item for reasons other than receiving an incorrect or defective product, we offer a straightforward return process. A flat fee of $10 will be applied to cover handling and shipping costs. Initiate your return within 30 days of receipt, ensuring the item is in its original condition and packaging. This fee will be deducted from your refund total.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you regarding the approval or rejection of your refund. Approved refunds will be processed within 10 business days and applied to your original payment method. Note that processing times may vary with your bank or credit card company.
