  • Brands set a minimum advertised price

    Most padel brands set a Minimum Advertised Price (MAP) for the US. Authorized retailers agree not to advertise their products below it.

  • So prices line up across stores

    That's why the same racket usually shows the same price at every authorized US store. Real differences come from brand-approved sales and shipping costs.

  • A much lower price is a warning sign

    A price far below everyone else often means an unauthorized seller, gray-market stock or no US warranty. It's one reason we only match authorized US retailers.

  • Why we can guarantee it

    As an official US retailer, we play by the same rules as every authorized store. So when one of them legitimately goes lower, we can match it.

What qualifies

  • The exact same product: brand, model, year, size, color and specs
  • Publicly listed, verifiable and in stock
  • Sent before you order, or within 14 days of your purchase

We can't match

  • Clearance, final sale, used, open-box, refurbished or damaged items
  • Marketplaces, auctions, and third-party or unauthorized sellers
  • Coupons, member or loyalty pricing, and bundle-only deals
  • Shipping-cost differences and free-shipping offers
  • Pricing errors, unverifiable prices and prices below the brand's MAP

Yes. Send us the request before you check out and we'll get back to you by email with the matched price for your order.

How do I get the difference back?

If you've already ordered, we refund the difference to your original payment method or add it as store credit, whichever you prefer.

Which stores count as authorized retailers?

Stores that a brand officially supplies and supports in the US. Not sure about a store? Send us the link and we'll check it for you.

Why don't you match marketplace or auction prices?

Marketplace and auction listings often come from unauthorized sellers, which can mean gray-market stock, older models or no US warranty. We only match prices we can verify from authorized US retailers.

Do you match sale prices?

Yes, when an authorized US retailer runs a sale the brand allows and the item is in stock. Clearance and final-sale items are excluded.
