At Padel USA every product comes with the official manufacturer's warranty.

If the racket has a manufacturing defect, it will be replaced by the manufacturer as long as it meets the brand’s warranty conditions.

Please note that damage from regular use, impacts, or wear and tear is not covered.

Shipping: Most orders ship the same day (Monday–Friday).

Orders placed outside business hours or on weekends will ship the next business day.

During busy periods, allow 1–2 extra business days for processing.

Returns: Items can be returned within 60 days of delivery if unused.
