Are the products authentic?

Yes, all our padel rackets are authentic and are sourced directly from the brands. We are one of the only official US padel shop with resell agreements from all the brands.

How long will it take to get my order?

We hustle to process orders on the same business day. And we've teamed up with UPS to get your gear to you ASAP:

  • UPS Ground: Expect it in 2 to 5 days, based on where you're at.
  • UPS Express: Get it in 2 days flat, once it's out the door.
  • UPS Overnight: Need it, like, now? Go for overnight and have it the next day

Just a heads-up, these timeframes don't include our processing and pick-up time

Can I track my order?

Absolutely! We understand how important it is for you to know the status of your order. After you've placed your order, we'll send you a confirmation email which will include a tracking number. You can use this number to check the status of your shipment on our website or on the courier's website. This way, you'll know exactly when to expect your order. If you have any issues or questions regarding the tracking of your order, please don't hesitate to contact our customer service team, who will be more than happy to assist you.

Do you ship orders outside the US ?

We mostly deliver in the US, we believe this focused approach helps us maintain a strong commitment to reliable and speedy delivery for our clients but we also ship to south america, if you have any question, simply contact us

Do you have retail stores?

Right now, we're all-in on giving you the best online padel shopping experience. But we're passionate about growing padel in the U.S., so don't be surprised if you see us at some padel clubs in the future. Stay tuned!

What is your return and refund policy?

What do I do if I receive a damaged or incorrect item?

We're really sorry to hear that something went wrong. Please contact our customer support team within 7 days of receiving your order, and we'll make it right. Just make sure you keep all original packaging and paperwork; it'll make the process much smoother!
