If you’ve been trying to get your hands on a specific padel racket and keep running into the dreaded “Out of Stock” label, you’re not alone. At Padel USA, we understand how frustrating this can be—especially when you're chasing that Wilson Bela LT 2.5 or dreaming of playing like Galán with the Adidas Metalbone HRD. So why does it happen? Here’s the honest truth.
The US Market Is Still Growing
Padel is booming, but in the United States, we’re still at the early stages of the sport’s journey. Compared to Europe, the size of the U.S. market is relatively small—which means most brands allocate limited inventory to American distributors. In simple terms: less supply for a growing demand.
Restocking Takes Time—And It’s Not Always Up to Us
We wish we had full control over restocks, but in reality, we depend on the brands themselves. Some rackets take months to come back to the U.S., like the fan-favorite Wilson Bela LT 2.5, which has been out of stock longer than we (or you) would like.
Right now, we’re keeping a close eye on the Adidas Metalbone HRD, but here’s the deal—it won’t be back in the U.S. before the end of May. Not ideal, we know.
Demand Is Hard to Predict
One day we might sell six rackets of the same model. The next week? None of this model. The padel market is still finding its rhythm, and that makes it challenging to anticipate which models will fly off the shelves and which will take their time.
We’re Doing Our Best to Stock Up
Our team at Padel USA always tries to buy as much as possible upfront, but sometimes the hype around a particular model catches everyone by surprise. Other times, it’s simply that the supplier doesn’t have enough inventory for the U.S. market. Either way, we’re constantly pushing to improve and plan better.
New Solutions Coming
To better serve our community, we're actively working on a system to collaborate with trusted partners across the U.S.—from resellers to padel clubs—to improve local availability. The idea is to create a smarter, more connected network that allows us to source popular rackets already in the country, so you don’t have to wait months for restocks. It’s a work in progress, but one we’re fully committed to.
Bottom line? If a racket you’ve been eyeing is in stock—don’t wait. Grab it while it’s available, because some models disappear fast and can take months to come back.
We’re doing everything we can to keep availability high and bring more inventory into the U.S. As padel continues to grow, so will the options. And in the meantime, if you’re hunting for something specific, just shoot us a message—we’ll keep you in the loop.
