Why isn't my discount code working?

Most Padel USA codes have rules: a minimum order value, one use per customer, an end date, and exclusions such as items already on sale and some brands whose prices are set by the brand. The message at checkout tells you which rule applies.

Check these first

  • Minimum order: many codes need a minimum subtotal, shown in the offer.
  • Sale items: codes may not apply to products already on sale.
  • Brand exclusions: some brands don't allow discounts on their products, so codes may not apply to them.
  • One use: welcome and wheel codes work once per customer.
  • Amount or percent: check whether the code is a dollar amount (for example $15 off) or a percentage.
  • Expired: codes stop working after their end date.
  • Gift cards are not discount codes. Enter them in the gift card field.

I never got my wheel or welcome code

Codes are emailed to the address you entered. Check your spam or promotions folder. Still nothing? Contact us with the email you used.
