Cancellation policy
We process orders quickly so customers receive their gear as fast as possible. Because of that, cancellations and order changes are time-sensitive and are not always possible once an order enters warehouse processing.

How to Request a Cancellation
If you need to cancel an order, contact us through live chat as soon as possible.
Please include your order number and the email address used at checkout so our team can find the order quickly.
30-Minute Cancellation Window
If you made a mistake or need to cancel, you may be able to update or cancel the order automatically through live chat within 30 minutes of placing the order.
This is the best window to request a cancellation because the order may not have entered warehouse processing yet.
Orders Already in Processing
After 30 minutes, or once an order has entered warehouse processing, we may not be able to cancel it, edit it, or stop shipment. Our processing happens very quickly, and once the warehouse is working on the order, we often cannot make changes.
If the order is already in process but can still be stopped before shipment, a $10 cancellation/restocking fee may apply. This helps cover warehouse handling, picking, packing, cancellation, and restocking work that has already started.
Orders That Have Shipped
Once an order has shipped, it cannot be canceled.
If the item is eligible for return, you can start a return after delivery through our Return Portal and follow our Returns & Exchanges policy.
Refused Deliveries and Undeliverable Packages
Refusing a package or failing to accept delivery does not automatically cancel the order.
If a package is refused, unclaimed, returned to sender, or undeliverable, shipping charges, carrier fees, and applicable handling or restocking fees may be deducted from any eligible refund.
Pre-Orders, Subscriptions, and Special Orders
If Padel USA offers a pre-order, subscription, or special-order item, the product page or checkout may include additional cancellation terms. Those terms apply in addition to this policy.
Unless a product page says otherwise, cancellation is not guaranteed once the order has entered processing.
