Padel USA ships within 2 business days, often the same day for orders placed before 12 PM Eastern. Orders placed later, on weekends or on holidays start the next business day, and launches or sales can add time. We email tracking as soon as the order ships.

During launches, sales and holidays, preparation can take longer. If an item turns out to be out of stock, we hold the order and email you before shipping anything. See An item in my order is out of stock after I paid.
Once your order ships, you get a tracking email. If 2 business days have passed without one, contact us with your order number.
