How do I start a return or exchange?

Start every return or exchange in the Padel USA Return Portal, then wait for approval before shipping anything back. Returns sent without approval may be refused or delayed.

  1. Enter your order information.
  2. Select the item you want to return.
  3. Choose the reason that best matches the issue.
  4. Upload requested photos, if the portal asks for them.
  5. Review and submit your request.
  6. Wait for approval or review instructions before shipping anything back.
