Padel USA accepts returns and exchanges started within 30 days from the date your order ships, through the Return Portal. Items generally need to be unused, clean and in original packaging with tags.

Return requests generally need to be started within 30 days from the date your order ships. Items generally need to be unused, clean, undamaged, and in original condition with tags, packaging, boxes, accessories, and protective materials where applicable.

The portal may ask for photos so our team can confirm condition, damage, wrong-item claims, or product-specific details.
