Who pays for return shipping?

For most standard returns Padel USA provides the label and a $10 return/restocking fee may apply. If we made an error or the item arrived damaged, return shipping is on us.

If Padel USA made an error, you received the wrong item, or your item arrived damaged and the claim is verified, we will cover return shipping or provide another appropriate resolution.

The Return Portal may show any return-shipping or restocking fee before you submit the request. The exact outcome can depend on the item, reason for return, condition, and whether the issue was caused by Padel USA.

Please do not ship an item back without submitting a return request first. Returns sent without approval may be refused or delayed.
