Can I add or remove items after placing an order?

After the order enters processing, we may not be able to add items, remove items, change products, or cancel the order because the warehouse is already working on it.

If the order has already shipped, it cannot be edited. You may need to place a separate order or start a return after delivery if the item is eligible.
