Yes, if the Padel USA warehouse hasn't started preparing it. Use live chat within 30 minutes of ordering for the fastest cancellation. Later cancellations aren't always possible, may carry a restocking fee depending on how far the order has progressed, and shipped orders can't be canceled.
Within 30 minutes of ordering, you can cancel through live chat. After that, contact us right away: our warehouse works quickly, so cancellation isn't guaranteed once preparation has started.
If the order has already been picked and packed, cancelling means unpacking and restocking it by hand. Depending on how far the order has progressed, we may charge a restocking fee to cover that work. See Is there a fee to cancel an order?.
Once an order has shipped, it can't be canceled. If the item is eligible, you can start a return after delivery through the Return Portal.
