Cancelling a Padel USA order is free before the warehouse starts preparing it. If the order has already been picked and packed, we may charge a restocking fee of up to $10, depending on how far it has progressed, and we tell you before charging it.
Most cancellations are free. A fee only applies when the warehouse has already done the work: once an order is picked and packed, cancelling means unpacking it, checking it and putting it back on the shelf by hand, and our warehouse charges us for that.
Depending on how far your order has progressed, we may charge a restocking fee of up to $10 to cover it. We tell you before charging anything.
Once an order has shipped, it can't be canceled. You can return eligible items after delivery instead.
