When Padel USA cancels an order before it ships, the full amount goes back to your original payment method. Refunds are submitted the same business day in most cases and can take up to 10 business days to appear, depending on your bank.
A cancelled order is refunded in full to the payment method you used at checkout. We email you when the refund is submitted.
How long does it take to show up?
Most banks post the refund within a few business days. Allow up to 10 business days after we submit it, plus any extra time your bank or card provider needs.
- Card or Shop Pay: the refund returns to the same card.
- PayPal: the refund returns to your PayPal balance or funding source.
- Pay in installments (for example Shop Pay Installments or Klarna): the provider adjusts or cancels your remaining payments; check your plan in their app.
- Pending charges: if the order was cancelled quickly, the charge may simply disappear instead of showing as a refund.
It has been longer than that
If it has been more than 15 business days since we submitted the refund, contact us with your order number and we will send you the refund reference to share with your bank.
